Pierre Martin

(Luxembourg) Life Insurance Branch of SAFRA SARASIN BANK (Basel) - co-founder & Chairman of WTG.Physician Engineer INSA Toulouse + ESCPI Paris; COO at GTE Corp. (Caracas), then Head of International development with GSI (Paris); Contract negotiation with Inbursa / Carso Group and LAZARD Bank in Mexico and PDVSA (Venezuela) among others. Former CEO of SARALUX S.A., Life Insurance brokerage branch of SAFRA SARASIN in Luxembourg, which became BRISTOL Assurances SA, one of the largest Life Insurance brokerage company in Luxembourg.He is Member of the IDI- EM Steering Committee ( Emerging Market PE fund ), and co-founder Chairman of WTG. He is also Chairman of AVILA Capital and SELENIA Ltd in Mauritius (Hedge Funds with proprietary algorithms on the DJI). Owner of an art gallery in Mauritius, and member of Cercle des Mécènes of IHES.

Nicolas Martin

Director

Nicolas Martin is a Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence as a Service (AIaaS), cloud solutions, and innovative data science architectures. Holding an Engineering Master’s Degree and multiple certifications, he specializes in Python, Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch), SQL, and Business Intelligence (Qlik). With over 15 years of experience, Nicolas has worked on diverse projects involving NLP, vision, time series, and reinforcement learning, while leading teams and managing tech sales. He has contributed to AI projects globally, taught AI at INSA, and published articles in Towards Data Science. Previously, he held roles like Lead Data Scientist at Aqsone and IT Engineer at Capgemini. Multilingual, Nicolas speaks five languages fluently and is proficient in intercultural teamwork, problem-solving, and algorithm development.

Ravish Rama

ravish.rama@whitetownglobal.com Ravish is a seasoned Human Capital specialist before he ventured out in the Finance & Investment sector. Ravish currently holds the position of Director at Avila Capital (Mauritius) Ltd and Selenia Capital (Mauritius) Ltd. Moreover, he sits on the board of various local & offshore companies. Ravish was previously the CEO/Director of SpearFin Ltd, which offered bespoke fiduciary services for international clients and offshore global businesses. He has 15+ years of experience at management level including 8+ years at Board Level. Ravish graduated from University of IAE Poitiers in France and holds an MBA with specialization in Finance. He is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors and has a proven experience in dealing and negotiating with private/public sector partners. Ravish has also completed the Post-Graduate Certificate in Corporate Governance and has been responsible for establishing Group Governance Framework & processes for Effective Steering Committees.
