Pierre is the former CEO of SARALUX S.A. (Luxembourg), Life Insurance Branch of SAFRA SARASIN BANK (Basel) – and co-founder & Chairman of WTG.

Physician Engineer (INSA Toulouse) + ESCPI Paris; former COO at GTE Corp. (Caracas), and Head of International Development with GSI (Paris); conducted major negotiations with Inbursa / Carso Group and Lazard Bank (Mexico), PDVSA (Venezuela).

Former CEO of SARALUX S.A., which became BRISTOL Assurances SA, one of Luxembourg's largest life insurance brokerage firms.

Pierre is a member of the IDI-EM Steering Committee (Emerging Market PE fund), co-founder and Chairman of WTG, Chairman of AVILA Capital and SELENIA Ltd in Mauritius (Hedge Funds with proprietary algorithms on the DJI).

He also owns an art gallery in Mauritius and is a member of the Cercle des Mécènes of IHES.

Manoj is a seasoned financial leader and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in financial strategy, cash flow management, and corporate development.

He has led significant initiatives focused on enhancing profitability and operational efficiency in various leadership roles within the financial sector. Manoj possesses a strong track record in working capital optimization and strategic planning, coupled with deep knowledge of both the Indian and global financial environments.

Based in Pondicherry, Manoj plays a key role in driving financial development in India and contributing to international expansion. He holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and is fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.

Nicolas Martin

Director - Data Intelligence & Financial Innovation

Nicolas Martin brings a unique blend of AI expertise and financial insight to Whitetown Global, helping bridge advanced data science with strategic investment decisions. With over 15 years of experience in designing AI-driven decision systems, Nicolas supports the development of quantitative strategies, financial forecasting models, and risk analytics frameworks tailored for private equity, asset management, and high-net-worth investment planning.

A certified Senior Data Scientist, he holds an Engineering Master's Degree and has led teams across Europe and Asia in applying machine learning to complex datasets, including financial time series, portfolio optimization, and macroeconomic simulations.

Nicolas has taught applied AI at INSA and in several companies. Fluent in five languages and culturally agile, he contributes to WTG's international development, leveraging technology to create efficient, compliant, and insight-driven financial infrastructures.

Ravish Rama

Mauritius Deputy Business Partner (via Aphrillis Capital)

Ravish brings over 15 years of experience in investment operations, governance, and project strategy. He has held directorship roles in capital management and fiduciary firms, including positions at CEO and board level, with a proven track record in developing high-impact investment structures and cross-border partnerships.

Based in Mauritius, Ravish leads Aphrillis, a boutique consultancy and business facilitation platform that supports high-net-worth individuals in navigating strategic entry into the Mauritian ecosystem. He offers discreet, high-impact business facilitation, residency solutions, tailored for HNWI, family offices, and cross-border investors to architect resilient governance models and unlock long-term value in emerging markets.

He holds an MBA in Finance from IAE Poitiers (France), a Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate Governance, and is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors — known for championing independent thinking and long-term value creation in dynamic markets.
